Lotte Verbeek

After a career in dance at an early age, she made some first steps on big screen and graduated the Amsterdam Theater School (AHK-ATKA) in 2009. In 2008 she played her first lead in the feature film Links followed by the feature film Nothing Personal in 2009. For Nothing Personal she won many awards including the Leopard for best actress at the Locarno International Film Festival and a nomination for a Dutch Academy Award. She was awarded the EFP Berlinale Shooting Star in 2010. Lotte did her first international projects in Europe like the American film The Fault in Our Stars and the Italian show Le Ragazze dello Swing. She also starred as Guilia in the popular Showtime series the Borgias for three seasons, did multiple seasons of NBC’s Blacklist as Katarina and one season of the STARZ show Counterpart. She starred in films like Entertainment opposite John C. Reilly and Michael Cera, Transference, The Coldest Game and The Book of Vision opposite Charles Dance. In 2016 she was cast as Ana Jarvis in the Marvel show Agent Carter, currently on Disney+. Since 2013 she is attached to the popular STARZ show Outlander which is currently on its 7th season.
