In 2012 he started a Bachelor Degree in Theatre, Cinema Literature & Italian at Antwerp University. His love for cinema and Italy brought him in the Italian film circuit, where he worked as a festival producer and eventually co-created a short film festival for young filmmakers. Here Luciaan found his passion for talent development. In 2017, back in Antwerp, he gained a MSc in Cultural Management. In 2019 Luciaan joined Favor Talents as a talent manager and ever since he couldn't be happier to work with all our amazing talents and help them to realise their dreams and reach their fullest potential.

Reiky grew up in Amsterdam where he did youth theater school for 7 years. He started with some short films before he got casted for one of the leads in SKAM in The Netherlands. He played the role of Kes for 2 seasons. Afterwards he landed roles in projects as Neontetra (Golden Calf Nominee), Hunter Street and a lead in Follow De Soa. Most recently he could be seen in The Amazon Prime series Modern Love and the Videoland series Hockeyvaders.

Besides acting, Reiky was also working as a director and just finished his first film Parijs Groen.
